Flower Peddler's VIP Program is our way of saying "thank you" to all the wonderful customers who have made it possible for us to keep doing what we love to do - create products that make getting smelly a lot of fun.

As a registered customer* you are automatically enrolled in our VIP program allowing you to earn points with every purchase made from our website. Earn points for each $1 you spend then redeem them on future orders at a rate of 15 points equals $1.00. So if you spend $150, you'll earn $10 worth of points to use on your next order. It's like having your own private sale all the time!

How do I enroll? Do I have to have an account to earn points?

In order for us to keep track of your points you will need to have an account. If you are currently a registered user on our website, you are already enrolled and will begin earning points with each new purchase. If you are new to our website you will need to register in order to be eligible to earn reward points. Registration is fast and easy and best of all, free! Registering for a VIP account will not only make you eligible for our rewards program but also gives you several other exclusive benefits not available to unregistered users. When will I get my points?

Points are only awarded for completed orders - orders that are paid in full - and shipped.

Do points expire? How do I know how many points I have?

Your reward points never expire so you can choose to allow them to accumulate. Each time you log in you will see your available point balance in the upper left under the "Your Account" links. You can also see your points by viewing your profile. Your available point balance will also be displayed when checking out.

How do I use my points to pay for all or part of an order?

1. Log into your account
2. Add items to your tub.
3. When checking out, select "Pay with Points" payment method.
4. Enter the number of points you want to apply to the order.
5. Click "Submit Order"
6. If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.

• Customer Reward points are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Points may only be earned for orders originating from this website.
• Points are awarded based only on the discounted subtotal and not issued for taxes or shipping.
• We reserve the right to nullify and subtract points and rewards when an order has been cancelled, returned, is unable to be delivered or if any evidence of fraud on behalf of the customer has been shown.
• Gift Certificates may not be paid for with Customer Reward Points.
• Points cannot be applied to past orders. 
• Flower Peddler reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or terminate the Customer Reward Program without prior notice.

*Our reward program is not currently open to wholesale customers.
